Quality Control

Quality Control System (Concise Official Version) We have built a full-process standardized quality control system covering raw material intake to finished product delivery. Incoming Material Inspection All raw materials such as steel, motors, rollers, belts and electrical components are strictly checked for specifications, certifications, wear resistance and load performance. Unqualified materials are rejected directly. In-process Patrol Inspection Professional QC inspect every procedure including sheet metal cutting, frame welding, surface spraying and equipment assembly to ensure accurate dimension, solid welding and smooth transmission. Finished Machine Testing All finished equipment undergoes continuous no-load and full-load trial operation to test conveying speed, load capacity, start-stop stability, noise performance and electric control safety. Pre-shipment Final Inspection Each device receives comprehensive appearance and functional recheck before delivery, with official quality certificates provided. Export products adopt reinforced packaging to avoid transportation damage.
